Only Mice sold on esckey.in are covered under warranty. Skates, Grips and Components are not covered by warranty, if you experience a defect with these products please reach out to us via discord or WhatsApp.
What is covered under warranty?
Any and all manufacturing defects in production pertaining to materials or workmanship. Such defects include issues related to bonding, material or components failure. This guarantee applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed.
What is not covered under warranty?
Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport, or any modification. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products.
Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties.
We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent (including intentional damage to products, duplicate claims, and counterfeit products).
We will also deny warranty claim if ownership of product has been transferred.
Please Note that if there is insufficient proof, we hold full authority to deny warranty.
Dead on arrival claims and claims for missing parts will be entertained only within the first seven (7) days after delivery of the product. Please test your products immediately upon receiving them.
Physical modification of any product or component present in a product in any irreversible manner. For Pre-finished items, such as keyboards and mice, any modification involving disassembly, regardless of its reversibility, is excluded from warranty.
Physical damage to the items due to improper use of the product, whether accidental or intentional.
Unauthorised/third party repair attempts are not covered under any kind of warranty.
For products containing a serial number or other identification marks, the alteration, relocation, removal, falsification, defacement or any other damage or modification to such marks will void the warranty.
Cosmetic changes caused by general use, ageing and other associated wear and tear and will not be treated as manufacturing defects.
Claims of transit damage/goods being damaged on arrival will only be entertained if a continuous clear high resolution unboxing video showing the damage is provided.
Claims of missing items will only be entertained if a continuous clear high resolution unboxing video showing the items received is provided.

How to file a warranty claim?
If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, you can submit your warranty claim. To file a warranty claim, raise a ticket on our official discord or via a WhatsApp message and our team will further assist you with the procedures. We will try our best to provide you with a suitable resolution as per the criteria.
