Where can I find the Tracking Info for my order?
- We will send you an email with all tracking and shipping information, once the order is packed and shipped.

Can I cancel my orders?
- You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24Hours of order Placement unless the product is shipped.

- We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
- We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Who Covers the return shipping charge?

-The Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

**We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.**

Unless the product is defective and within the 7 day return period after verification of the same, we will issue a replacement.

- If the return window is expired we will follow company policy which may include service, RMA etc. Refund requests will not be entertained after order is placed. 

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
-Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above Rs:1500/-. A flat Rs.75/- charge is applied to all orders below Rs:1500/-. The Shipping Charge is non refundable.
